“Body Language” Rescheduled
Dear friends:
I’m sure you’re aware of the storm bearing down on New York.
On live TV this afternoon, New York City’s mayor said, "This is not just a winter storm, but a blizzard. Do not travel. Do not drive. Do not to anything to put yourself or anyone else in danger.”
And so I'm writing with a heavy heart to let you know that, out of an abundance of caution and due to the worsening winter storm forecast, we've made the difficult decision to cancel and reschedule tomorrow’s “Body Language” performance at City Winery.
While we were all looking forward to sharing your incredible stories, the safety of our writers, the PBS News Hour crew, and our audience is our primary concern. With the nor'easter expected to intensify throughout Sunday, we want to ensure no one is put at risk traveling to or from the venue.
We are already in communication with City Winery to secure a new date. I will share that update with you as soon as it is confirmed.
Thank you for your understanding as we navigate this weather emergency together.
Please stay safe, and I'll be in touch very soon with our new "Body Language" date.
With warm regards,
— Ed
